Healthslot Refund Policy

At Healthslot, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund process for our users. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any appointments through our platform.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Appointment Cancellation (by User): If you cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.
- Doctor/Provider No-Show: If the doctor or healthcare provider is not present during your scheduled appointment, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Unsuccessful Appointment: If the appointment could not be completed due to technical or service issues on our or the provider’s side, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Partial Refunds and Hold Policy
- Late Cancellation (within 2 hours): If you cancel your appointment within 2 hours of the scheduled time, 80% of the appointment value will be refunded instantly. The remaining 20% will be held for 2-3 hours before being refunded, to prevent misuse of the service.
- Doctor-Specific Policies: Some doctors or providers may enforce a no refund policy for cancellations within the 2-hour window or 24 hour window before the appointment. Please review the refund terms for your selected provider at the time of booking. You will be reminded of this at the time of the booking as well.
3. Service Dissatisfaction
If the service did not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a conditional discount or partial refund, depending on the situation. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Please contact our support team with details for review.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Abuse of Refund Policy
Healthslot reserves the right to withhold or deny refunds if we detect abuse or fraudulent activity related to our refund policy.
